This process ensures a higher rate of seed to soil contact combined with a higher application rate of seed (known as the establishment rate), perfect for significant enhancement of your Fescue lawn or repair of thinning/struggling areas.
Fescue lawns with damage from heat stress, poor drainage, or neglect can often recover significantly with a Compost Top Dressing application. Established and healthy lawns will also benefit from this process that will create a thicker, deep green "carpet" of Fescue grass.
