Sod Installation

Not all sod installations are created equally!  Our team can measure and assess your project and give you guidance on surface preparation and sod varieties to ensure your property is setup for long term success.  Whether establishing a brand new lawn, expanding your turf, or repairing damaged areas and matching existing grass our team has the experience and knowledge necessary to achieve excellent results.

When proposing sod installation, we consider much more than just the type of grass we're installing:

• Topography and Drainage - we can bring in fill material or address water runoff to ensure the perfect foundation for your lawn

• Existing soil content - we use premium topsoil blends and sod dressing mixes to fine grade the terrain as smooth as possible prior to installation

• We use sophisticated technology to confirm the sunlight coverage in various seasons and make sure the right type of grass is recommended

• Removal of existing plant material--we can remove unwanted grasses/mixed weeds prior to installation using precision sod cutters or heavy equipment

We source our sod directly from top tier sod suppliers throughout the metro Atlanta area.  Sod should always be installed as quickly as possible after it is cut from the farm, and most of our installations are cut same day or evening prior for installation the next morning.  We can source all varieties of sod including the most commonly installed varieties:

• Empire Zoysia

• Tall Fescue
