It also includes an annual soil test with the results incorporated into the treatment plan for YOUR lawn, as well as annual aeration. It even includes plant growth regulators when warranted to keep warm season grasses in check during the summer months when they grow too quickly to keep up with. It's a ton of value at a fair price for you to TRULY not have to worry about surprises on your lawn. We also offer standard Fertilization and Weed control plans as a less expensive option, but the majority of our customers opt into this premium tier for the peace of mind protecting their lawn and making it stand out from their neighbors.
