Our Lawn Renovation program provides homeowners an economical way to revitalize their lawn that has been overrun by weeds or burnt out by drought.  Our four step process has been proven to turn around even the most unsightly lawns.




                                                      The Process:

Lawn Scalping


State-of-the-art Walker lawn mowers will scalp the existing turf and bag all of the clippings and loose thatch with their patented 26hp Grass Handeling System.  This process will prepare the turf to be killed off.

Kill Off


A non-selective herbacide will then be sprayed over the entire area to ensure that all remaining turf and weeds are killed off prior to the new seed being planted.

Soil Preparation


The next step is to aerify till and core aerate the entire area.  This creates the optimum environment for a new lawn to be established.

New Lawn Installation


Our premium Blue Tag certified DEFIANCE XRE tall type fescue seed is then applied.  Our blend contains up to four of the best tall fescue seeds on the market.  A professional starter fertilizer with root enhancer and dolomatic lime are then applied to ensure the highest rate of seed germination possible.
